Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Policy
We will not deliver to Post Office Boxes or any addresses which we deem suspicious. If your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us.
Our standard delivery service currently provides parcel delivery within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment and confirmation of availability of stocks. If the order is urgent, please follow up the order with a phone call.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address which you have provided us. Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the stated delivery times are kept, due to variables outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive as per stated delivery times. If an item is out of stock, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as we possibly can.
Deliveries to Rural areas and outside Auckland will take an additional delivery times up to 5 – 10 working days. Goods ordered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will only be shipped on Monday unless otherwise requested for urgent Saturday delivery. Additional charges for Saturday delivery will apply. Please contact us for this requirement. If a parcel is not received in 5 working days, we need to be notified immediately; otherwise we take no responsibility for the loss of the item.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the end of your online shopping at the checkout system, depending from the total weight of and delivery destination for your order. Please ensure you have selected the correct shipping options. This will avoid any delay in processing your order and ensure the order will be delivered without any extra freight charges.
If your delivery destination is a Rural area address, please choose the correct shipping option to avoid shipment delays for your order.
Shipping Charges are as follows:
NZ$ 5.50 for delivery document size up to 500 grams weight
NZ$ 8.50 for delivery within Auckland (up to 15 kg)
NZ$ 10.01 for delivery Nationwide within New Zealand (up to 2 kgs)
NZ$ 15.33 for RD delivery and Waiheke Island up to 2 kg For Rural delivery and order over 15kgs, there will be extra charges.

SECURITY
Secure Payment Policy
All Credit Card transactions are processed immediately with the Bank. The payment page is secured with 128 bit encryption. The card details you enter are safe because it is not stored or cached by eSquare New Zealand Online Shop - but it is entered into a secure database at our DPS payment gateway. Payment for Internet banking/Direct deposit orders must be made within 5 working days. If payment is not made within this time the order will be cancelled and will need to be placed again. We also perform random security checks on orders. This is to protect ourselves and our customers.
Security Verifications for Online Orders
All orders are subject to our verification procedures. If we are unable to verify your details, we will notify you and will need further information to process the order. We may request documents to verify your identity; this can include, but is not limited to:
• A Bank Statement
• Credit Card Statement for the card used
• A Utility Bill (Power bill, Phone Bill etc.)
• Photo ID
These documents would need to show both your name and address used for your order. You can block any other personal information. These procedures are performed to counter a rapidly increasing number of fraudulent orders. This is done to protect your security as well as our own. These procedures were recommended to use by the Bank to ensure that your card is not being used without your knowledge or permission. If we do not receive one of the above within 5 days of our request for additional information to verify your online payment, we will cancel your order and refund it in the format you’ve paid.
Returns
Returns
Please make your selections carefully as we are unable to exchange or refund due to a change of mind and /or wrong selection of products, so please contact us if you are unclear about a certain product advertised on our site. However, we will meet the requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) to provide a remedy should a product be faulty upon purchase or does not meet its description.
Unless otherwise specified, all of our product warranties are provided against the manufacturer’s fault only and are on a RTB (return-to-base) basis. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We are responsible for another way shipping charges on faulty returned items only.
Faulty goods returned for repair must be accompanied by proof or purchase. Repairs under warranty period are carried out free of charge. Where goods are not faulty, you will be required to pay for the Assessment fee and freight fee both ways.

Pricing, and Purchases
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our list maybe mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the correct amount and ship the item to your delivery address. We will arrange to refund the balance of paid purchase according to your method of payment.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Payments are charged at the time you place your order. All items purchased from eSquare New Zealand Online Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
All the product prices shown in eSquare New Zealand Online Shop is valid for online purchase only.

If you find a lower advertised price on an identical item/s we stock, just show us the lower price when you place order with eSquare New Zealand Online Shop and we will beat the price.
- the identical item must come from the same distributor within NZ. - The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the better price from a competing retail company (excluding wholesale) within New Zealand.
- The item must be the same brand, same model number, same supplier product code, contain the same components and the published price be applicable for the same quantity.
- Product, Price & Availability Verification: eSquare reserves the right to verify the competing companies offer in regards to product availability and price at the time of the request. This offer is subject to such verification.
- Special Offers: Competing retail compaines offers, where the product includes an additional free or discounted item will not be beaten.
- Quantity Limits: eSquare reserves the right to limit quantities for an item that may be given a better price. For example, if the other company limits the number you may purchase, we may also do the same.
- Exclusions: Products and services ordered specially for a customer, online auction, typographical errors on pamphlets/flyers, advertisements or items that include a rebate or free item.
