All prices are in NZ$ and valid for online purchase only.

Delivery Policy  

We will not deliver to Post Office Boxes or any addresses which we deem suspicious. If your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us. Our standard delivery service currently provides parcel delivery within 5 - 10 working days from receipt of payment. If the order is urgent, please follow up the order with a phone call. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address. Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the stated delivery times are kept, due to variables outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive as per stated delivery times. If an item is out of stock, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as we possibly can.

Deliveries to Rural areas and outside Auckland will take an additional delivery times up to 2 days.

Goods ordered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will only be shipped on Monday unless otherwise requested.

If a parcel is not received in 5 days, we need to be notified immediately, otherwise we take no responsibility for the loss of the item.

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Product Warranty

All our products come with 12 months manufacturer warranty. Warranty does not cover accessories e.g. battery, earpieces, etc. You are required to keep your proof of purchase or receipt as your warranty card. If the product that you purchase requires a warranty service within the warranty period, you will be requested to produce your proof of purchase.

For mobile phones products, an assessment fee will be charged at the time of booking the  phone. The assessment fee will be refunded if the phone is within the warranty period and the phone's fault is covered by the warranty.

The assessment fee will not be refunded if: the phone is outside the warranty period, if there was no fault found on the phone and if the repair quite has been declined by the customer.

Pricing, and Purchases

Despite our best efforts, a small number of  items in our list maybe mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Payments are charged at the time you place your order.

All items purchased from eSquare are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


Please make your selections carefully as we are unable to exchange or refund due to a change of mind and or wrong selection of products, so please contact us if you are unclear about a certain product advertised on our site. However, we will meet the requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) to provide a remedy should a product be faulty upon purchase or does not meet its description.

Unless otherwise specified, all of our product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are on a RTB (return-to-base) basis. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned and faulty items. We are responsible for another way shipping charges on faulty returned items only if the fault is covered by warranty.

Faulty goods returned for repair must be accompanied by proof or purchase. Repairs under warranty period are carried out free of charge. Where goods are not faulty, you will be required to pay for repair fee and freight fee both way.

Shipping charges will be calculated automatically  at the end of your online shopping at the check out system, depending of the total weight of your order.

Please ensure you have selected the correct shipping options. This will avoid any delay in processing your order and ensure the order will be delivered without any extra freight charges.

Shipping Charges are as follows:
      NZ$ 5.50     for delivery document size up to 500 grams weight
      NZ$ 8.50     for delivery within Auckland (up to 15 kg)
      NZ$ 10.01   for delivery within New Zealand (up to 2 kgs)
      NZ$ 15.33   for RD delivery up to 2 kg
